James Burnham is an experienced litigator and legal strategist who has served at the highest levels of government.  A former litigation partner at Jones Day and high-ranking DOJ and White House official, James has litigated cases under intense scrutiny from the media and policymakers and has counseled clients on their most important and complex legal challenges. James is also a Governor Youngkin appointee to the Gunston Hall Board of Visitors and a member of the Edward Coke Appellate Inn of Court.
